Houston Executive Support

30+ years running the back office for major corporations. Now I do it for yours.

I set up and organize your office or home, plan and run your events, keep the whole thing inside your budget, and introduce you to people who need what you sell. On site across the Houston area, or virtually when being in the room isn't the point.

Years in corporate admin

The Gap

You need an office manager. You can't justify hiring one.

The filing, the supply closet, the vendor follow-ups, the event nobody has time to plan. It's not a full-time job yet, but it's eating your week, and it's not what you started the business to do.

So bring one in for four hours instead of forty.

What I Do

Three things, done the corporate way.

All services
1

Office Setup & Organization

Offices, home offices, garages, any space that has gotten away from you. I build systems that keep working after I leave.

2

Event & Pop-Up Production

From vendor calls to teardown. Launches, client appreciation days, pop-up shops, run on schedule and inside the budget.

3

Referral & Growth Partnerships

Thirty years of relationships. I introduce you to people who need what you sell, and only when it's a real fit.

How It Goes

Simple, on purpose.

01

The Free Thirty Minutes

We talk through what's piling up, what it's costing you, and whether I'm the right fit. No obligation.

02

The Starter Session

Four hours on site, $140. I dig in on the highest-impact problem and you see the difference the same day.

03

The Handoff

You get a clear plan and systems you can keep running. Bring me back as often or as rarely as it makes sense.

The Difference

Before and after.

Real spaces from real client sessions. The goal isn't pretty for a photo, it's a space that stays working.

After

Kim Williams at work

Meet Kim

I spent three decades keeping big companies running. Shell was my last stop.

I'm Kim Williams. Thirty-plus years as a business administrative executive taught me how a well-run office actually works. Now I bring that to Houston business owners who deserve the same support, without the corporate payroll. I'm also a commissioned Notary Public in Texas.

Community

Houston gave me a career. I give back.

I organize school supply, food, and clothing drives for families in our community. If your business wants to get involved, I'd love to hear from you.

Next Step

Let's spend thirty minutes on it.

Free, no pitch deck. Tell me what's piling up and I'll tell you honestly whether I can help.
