These terms govern your use of this website and services provided by DBYC Business Group LLC ("DBYC," "I," "me"). By booking or using services, you agree to them.

Services

DBYC provides office and home organization, event and pop-up production, referral introductions, and general mobile notary services in Texas. The scope of each engagement is agreed before work begins.

Scheduling and payment

Sessions are scheduled in advance. Payment terms are confirmed when you book. Rates listed on this site may change; the rate confirmed at booking applies.

Service area

On-site service covers the Houston area within 50 miles. Travel farther is by arrangement. Virtual support is available.

Referrals

Introductions are made in good faith. DBYC does not guarantee any business outcome from an introduction.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Texas law, DBYC's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to it.
