My Story

I spent 30+ years as a business administrative executive in corporate environments. My last corporate role was at Shell. I managed calendars, offices, budgets, vendors, and events for people whose time was worth a lot, and I learned that the back office is where a business quietly wins or loses.

When I left corporate, I kept noticing the same thing: small business owners doing all of that themselves, on top of the actual work. They need an office manager. They just can't justify a full-time salary for one.

So I started DBYC Business Group to bring that experience to Houston-area businesses and households a few hours at a time. I come to you, I get it organized, and I leave you with systems you can keep running.

I'm also a commissioned Notary Public for the State of Texas, so when a document needs a stamp, I can handle that too.
